What I can do for you
If I create your web site:
If your site is designed by me it will be search
engine friendly and I will submit it as part of the
design fee, to the top search engines.
Monthly re-submission and
updates to the site are recommended to rank your site higher. This can
be arranged as part of a Monthly Maintenance package tailored to your
needs.
If your site
already exists and you need SEO services:
I will need to gather some information about your
business from you. I will review your web site for specific keywords and keyword phrases, based on your
responses.
I will then take a look at your competition and the
sites that are ranking number 1 for your particular
niche for comparison.
After my review, I will suggest changes that can be made to increase your search engine ranking. You
or your web master can
make these changes to your pages or for an
additional fee I will edit the pages for you.
Once the site is tweaked
I will submit your site to
the top Search Engines & Directories. In the unlikely event that your web site doesn't increase in
ranking within 4-6 weeks
I will go over the site once more and suggest additional changes
at no extra charge.
Charges for Search Engine Optimization
$800 for Evaluation of your site, including
an initial ranking report.
manual submission to the top Search Engines
and Monitoring for 2 months or until the goal is
achieved.
Monthly SEO Maintenance: $120 per month
Includes: resubmission (if needed) and
evaluation of ranking. Tweaking the site if needed.
You will be provided with a Monthly ranking report
emailed to you. I will keep an eye on it so you
don't have to.
IMPORTANT
A web site needs new content every month to maintain
it's ranking.
This could be in the form of a monthly newsletter,
or a blog or just information pages that change. A
site with no changes will lose ranking very quickly,
even if you were number 1 two months ago.
Content for these pages is time consuming to keep up
with and hard to find if you are not a writer.
I can also provide you with monthly relevant content
for your web site.
The charge for this service depends on the content.

One Last Thing
I will do my best to get your site on the first page
of Google and the other Search Engines. I usually
succeed, and most of my clients are within the first
3 non paid results, however, I cannot promise
to get you to number one. If you have a unique
service or product it shouldn't be a problem to get
you to the top or very near it. If you sell the same
products or your services are the same as that a
million other sites, it will be more difficult, but
you will see improvement, and a very good chance of
being on the first page.
* Yahoo there is a free submission and a $300 a year
submission to Yahoo I suggest using the free version
first. Their cost is NOT included in my SEO pricing.
