If I create your web site:
If your site is designed by me it will be search
engine friendly and I will submit it as part of the
design fee, to the top search engines.
Monthly re-submission and
updates to the site are recommended to rank your site higher. This can
be arranged as part of a Monthly Maintenance package tailored to your
needs.
If your site
already exists and you need SEO services:
I will need to gather some information about your
business from you. I will review your web site for specific keywords and keyword phrases, based on your
responses.
I will then take a look at your competition and the
sites that are ranking number 1 for your particular
niche for comparison.
After my review, I will suggest changes that can be made to increase your search engine ranking. You
or your web master can
make these changes to your pages or for an
additional fee I will edit the pages for you.
Once the site is tweaked
I will submit your site to the top Search Engines & Directories. In the unlikely event that your web site doesn't increase in
ranking within 4-6 weeks
I will go over the site again and suggest additional changes
at no extra charge.
Charges for Search Engine Optimization
$1000 for Evaluation of your site, including
an initial ranking report.
I will check your competition, determine what keywords and keyword
phrases need to be added, help you tweak all of your pages and then
manually submit your pages to the top Search Engines then monitoring your sites rank for 4 months, making changes if needed.
Bi-Monthly SEO Maintenance: $120
Includes: resubmission and
re-evaluation of ranking. Tweaking the site if needed. I will keep an eye on it so you
don't have to.
IMPORTANT
A web site needs new content every month or so to maintain
it's ranking. This could be in the form of a monthly newsletter,
or a blog or just information pages that change. A
site with no changes will lose ranking very quickly,
even if you were number 1 two months ago.
Content for these pages is time consuming to keep up
with and hard to find if you are not a writer.
I can also provide you with monthly relevant content
for your web site.
The charge for this service depends on the content.

One Last Thing Regarding Search Engines
I will do my best to get your site on the first page
of Google and the other Search Engines. I usually
succeed, and most of my clients are within the first
3 non paid results, however, I cannot promise
to get you to number one. If you have a unique
service or product it shouldn't be a problem to get
you to the top or very near it. If you sell the same
products or your services are the same as that a
million other sites, it will be more difficult, but
you will see improvement, and a very good chance of
being on the first page.

Yahoo there is a fee for submission $300 a year submission to their
directory. Yahoo gets it's info from various sources. I suggest
using the non paid service first and if you don't show up on their site
in 3 months and you really want to be listed in Yahoo then pay them for
the non guaranteed inclusion. Their cost is NOT included in my SEO
pricing.
